CRT si avvale del sostegno finanziario da parte dell'Unione Europea (art. 50 Reg. (UE) n. 2021/1060) tramite il Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale (FESR) della Provincia Autonoma di Bolzano 2021-2027. Il progetto mira a sostenere progetti di ricerca, sviluppo e innovazione nelle aree di specializzazione intelligente individuate dalla RIS3. XSpline ha sviluppato N.I.C.E. (Non Invasive Cardiac Electrophysiology), un’AI che esegue accurate valutazioni elettro-anatomiche e simula l’impianto, individuando la zona target ideale per il posizionamento del catetere sul VS. Utilizzando TAC e ECG standard, crea mappe 3D del cuore per pianificare e personalizzare la CRT, riducendo significativamente la percentuale dei non-responder. Studi clinici già effettuati dimostrano che il tool riduce la percentuale di non-responders di oltre il 50%. Il progetto prevede l'ottimizzazione tecnologica di N.I.C.E., testing e validazione, attività pre-commercializzazione e project management.
